I must give credit where credit is due! Nick and Rebecca Knox have been telling me such great things about Mach1 Lending. I’ve watched many people make great posts and speak highly of Mach1 Lending for their Hard Money Loans for investment properties. I had a property that needed to close by the 21st of November (today is the 19th) and the property is site unseen! This morning the deal almost felt impossible to get to the finish line! I reached out to Teresa Machi around 12pm today and asked her if she ever funds site unseen properties. She said it depends on the property and the borrower. Well the buyer and the property and numbers made her very comfortable funding the deal! We are now able to close by the 21st site unseen! I’m soooooo THANKFUL. Working with Mach1 has been such a easy simple pleasant experience. I look forward to many more deals to come. THANK YOU Nick and Rebecca for the introduction:)

If you are looking for honest , ethical, professional, efficient lenders this is the place!! I’ve used them 7 times and each time has been a wonderful experience !They get everything done on time very efficiently, and also communicate with all others to make sure things are done how it’s supposed to !!
