No Fiduciary Duty
Mach1 Lending does not act as a fiduciary, financial advisor, or agent for borrowers, investors, or site users. All dealings are conducted at arm’s length.
You acknowledge that Mach1’s interests may differ from yours and that you are responsible for independent evaluation of all financing decisions.
